Project Rise honored on the Today show

 Today a great man,Rob Dixon, and organization,Project Rise, was honored on the Today show. I have had the pleasure of not only being a board member but also a former student of Rob’s in High school. The work he does to prepare these kids for a higher education is unprecedented and should not be looked at lightly. I am proud to know Rob as well as many of the students who have come thru the Project and are now successful in life lvoe and education. Rob stands for something that the world lacks and that is character. Without character, you have nothing. NOW LET’S CELEBRATE!!!

Tonight’s show at Red Sky in Boston to celebrate Project Rise and Rob Dixon. Rob was honored by people Magazine and Major League Baseball as their man of the year for all his work with the youth of Boston. The show is free and starts at 715. Right next to McDonald’s in Fanuelle Hall Boston. Ya never sleep when ya at a Bello showwwwwww!

I want to sincerely thank Beth Balaban for directing the twisted video. Her vision and the vision and efferts of her crew made my ideas for the song come to life. I also want to thank Jim Lopezzo for his determined effort to edit this video and make it right. Don’t miss the summer kick off show at Red Sky in Boston Wed June 10th. It is located right next to the Macdonalds in Fanuel Hall. We will be featuring the Bello Project Band including Ryan Brown, Malik Williams, Tyrone Chase and Joe Davis. It’s a free show so come out and enjoy from 8-11. The show inside is 21 plus but the outside patio will be open and if the weather is right any age can come by and enjoy the show and then walk around Fanuel Hall.

A few weeks with Grammys and New Kids in Rewind!

The last few weeks have been a lot of fun. We had Donnie Whalbergs release party, for his artist Jimmy Marsh, on a Sunday, and the Lady Ga Ga concert the next Night. Both parties were crazy. Donnies party was at the Hard Rock in Boston and he came out to rock the crowd with his new artist Jimmy Marsh. My man Amandi laced some vocals and the sick dance crew RD 2 wrecked the dance floor.

The Grammy concert was a real success on Monday . Now that I am a member of the Boston Committee with Malik Williams and my boys at Surefire, I feel like i can really make an impact on the Recording industry behind the scenes. This event with Lady Ga Ga definitely brought many people out of the woodwork to enjoy the fruits of our labor as a committee. Boston Grammy President Johnathan Wiener of World famous M Works studio was on hand as well as many other faces from around the music business. The shows were great and Kelly Clarckson put on a spectacular vocal performance. STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT GRAMMY EVENT.

Lisa for Peace Boston at club Felt

 

I had to jump on stage.

Lisa did her thing the other night as she rocked out for Peace Boston on Thursday. Justin Springer put together a great show along with Cindy Diggs. Air Traffic Controller and Aylah Brown of American idol were on hand also to support a great charity. You know I had to do one song too!!! lol. As much fun as it was to watch i guess i just could never be just a spectator.
